Where do you ship?

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military APO/FPO/DPO addresses, P.O. Boxes, freight forwarders, or international destinations.

Is shipping free?

Yes. Standard shipping is free for all eligible orders within our U.S. shipping coverage area.

How long will my order take?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. After processing, standard delivery generally takes 5-12 business days.

What time zone do you use?

All business hours, order cut-off times, and policy timeframes are based on Eastern Time (ET).

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible at support@norcresthome.com. We can help only if the order has not already entered processing or shipped.

Can I return an item?

Eligible unused items may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. Please review our Return & Refund Policy and contact us before sending a return.

Do you pay for return shipping?

Yes. NORCREST HOME provides a prepaid return label for approved eligible returns.

Do your product photos show the actual item?

We aim to present products accurately through product photos, descriptions, dimensions, and specifications. Small differences in color may occur because of screen settings and lighting. Please review the listed dimensions and product details before ordering.

Are your vases watertight?

Please check the individual product page for care and use instructions. Decorative vessels should be used only as described on the product page.
