Shipping Coverage
NORCREST HOME currently ships to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, military APO/FPO/DPO addresses, P.O. Boxes, freight forwarders, or international destinations.
Free Standard Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all eligible orders delivered within our shipping coverage area. No minimum purchase is required for free standard shipping.
Order Cut-Off Time
Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Eastern Time on business days.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM Eastern Time, or on weekends or U.S. federal holidays, begin processing on the next business day.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Processing time is the time needed to prepare and hand your order to the carrier; it does not include transit time.
During high-volume periods, holidays, severe weather, or carrier disruptions, processing may take longer. If there is a material delay affecting your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
Delivery Time
After processing, standard delivery generally takes 5-12 business days.
Total estimated delivery time is generally 6-15 business days, including processing and transit. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, because carrier operations and weather conditions are outside our control.
Tracking
When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. NORCREST HOME is not responsible for delivery delays or losses caused by an incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable address supplied by the customer.
