If you need to cancel an order or change the shipping address, contact support@norcresthome.com as soon as possible. Include your order number and the requested change.

We will make every reasonable effort to help, but cancellations and changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing, been packed, or been handed to the carrier.

If an order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed. You may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
