We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment must be authorized before an order can be processed.

Payments are handled through the secure payment providers available at checkout. NORCREST HOME does not store your complete payment-card number.

If your payment is declined, please verify your billing information or contact your bank or payment provider. If you need help with an order, email support@norcresthome.com.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if we are unable to verify payment, if an item is unavailable, or if a pricing or technical error has occurred. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
